1979 was a momentous year for Cynthia Clawson. She gave birth to her first child, William Clawson Courtney and she released a new recording (which we called an album in those days). This recording was called, "It Was His Love," produced by the remarkable musician/composer/producer Buryl Red, featured new songs and back-up vocals by the legendary "Jordanaires" who sang back up for Elvis Presley. It was well received and because of her stellar work she was given a Dove Award from the Gospel Music Association as Female Vocalist of the Year.

Thirty years have passed and this vintage collection has not been available for years! It is said that women who are expecting have a glow about them. That was certainly true of Cynthia and that glow manifested itself in her music as well as her new baby. He is now over six feet tall and a songwriter and singer himself. The recording? Well, listen to it for yourself and it will make you glow.
